Your presenters are Certified Gottman Therapists and Couples Workshop Leaders directly trained by Drs. John and Julie Gottman; Richard Boswell, LCSW. and Christianne Judy, LCSW. Richard and Christianne have over 40 years combined counseling experience treating couples and went through extensive training at the Gottman Institute in Seattle, Washington. Christianne sees clients in her private practice in O'Fallon, IL. Richard Boswell sees clients in his private practice in St. Louis, MO.

Richard Boswell, LCSW
Richard B. Boswell, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 35 years experience working with couples, families and individuals. He is a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist, Art and Science of Love Workshop Presenter, Level I and Level II Trainer. He presents the Art and Science of Love Workshop several times a year in St. Louis, Missouri and around the country. During his career, Mr. Boswell has presented at conferences, workshops and seminars, taught at the graduate and post-graduate levels, and trained and supervised therapists. He has developed and directed inpatient, residential and outpatient treatment programs throughout the United States.
Mr. Boswell’s primary interests are in helping people with the important relationships in their life, major life transitions, traumas, affairs, and the pressures unique to dual career professional couples. He helps couples and families recognize their strengths and develop skill to deal constructively with conflict. Through the therapy process, they can learn to deepen their friendship, understanding and closeness with one another.
Christianne Judy, LCSW
Christianne Judy has been in clinical practice for the past 15 years. She earned her Master’s degree from Washington University George Warren Brown School of Social Work and her BS degree in Psychology at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. She has worked in private practice for the last 8 years specializing with couples.
Due to her interest in couples work, she received her Certification as a Gottman Method Couple’s Therapist in 2011. Christianne has recently become a Gottman Couples Workshop Leader and is passionate about helping others have strong relationships. She is currently in clinical training and supervision to become a Certified Sex Therapist. Christianne also writes a weekly blog for St. Louis Family Magazine, where she talks about how to have a better marriage in simple, practical terms.
